2. Right click on "My Computer".
3. Click on "Manage"
4. The follow "Computer Management" window will appear.
5. Expand "DVD/CD-ROM drives" node.
Then you will see the drive(s) those installed on your computer.
You will see the little yellow exclamation mark on it.
When you see this, right click on that driver and "uninstall" it.
Then restart your computer.
The windows will re-install your drive driver while it is loading.
After restarting your computer, you will see your drive back in your computer explorer. There are several ways to solve this problem too. So far this is the most easiest way to do it.
