Indian auto-trishaw drivers are learning English

The motorized trishaw drivers in India's New Delhi are going to conduct training course organized by state tourism authorities. The Tranining program includes yoga, life skills, first aid, spoken English and psychometric. Each of them will be paid daily about Rs 200, or about $4 for attending the program.
They, the trishaw taxis drivers, have been accused of overcharging, refusing short trips and misbehavior oftenly. If passengers experience such a problem, they can call hotlines 3 digit number printed on the auto-trishaw taxis or sending text messages.
The city of Delhi is scheduled to host Commonwealth Games in 2010.
